Can front end collision cause oil sludge to clog things
I hit a deer with my 2007 Honda Pilot. Body shop
put about $4000 into fixing it. Picked it up and
within 2 miles car was shaking badly, sounded like
the motor or transmission was going to fly apart.
The light, I believe it says VSA came on with a !.
The check engine light also came on. Towed it
back to body shop. They are not mechanics, but
had a computer to test the car. Said it showed a
bad sensor...shows clogged oil ports. They
cleared the code and car started and ran good for
about 1 minute then started shaking and making
horrible noise again. Cannot even turn off VSA by
pushing switch. Makes no sense. Car was running
fine when I hit the deer. No lights were on. Could
the impact have knocked stuff loose and caused
this?
