http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21858 ..They say 60,000 miles if you regularly drive in extreme heat or cold, otherwise 90,000 miles. And while you are in there, put on a new water pump, as it is not that expensive and has about the same life-span, and labor increase will be almost none

The owners manual states 105,000 miles or 7 years whichever comes first.
