Check coolant temperature sender . Does the car start and run o.k from warm? why did you replace the cold start valve ? Bit more background to the original fault would be helpfull.
check the fuse on your over voltage potection relay on firewall behind the battery 10 or 20 amp i dont remember
start with, do you have spark? is the fuel pump cycling?
Is not your cold start valve there is a delay between the 1 second fuel pump primer time and the voltage to open the electric injector primer #7 or cold start valve that delay don't give the chance to the cold star valve to open and is no fuel delivery also your air idle control valve is close and don't let air go true = no fuel and air mixture to start idle this system is design to start whit not using your accelerator pedal if you do to much air will get in the intake
Take out your cold start valve connect the valve to the fuel line put the injector inside of a plastic bottle be sure your electric connector is in all the way turn the key NOT to start but to the first click call contact look at your bottle and see if your start valve is injecting fuel at the same time your pump is on for one second and how much is coming out of the injector valve if nothing come out disconnect the plug connect your multimeter on voltage dc try the key again see if is 12 v if not check fuses or OVP relay can be bad
