The panel is like many other car makes plus a couple of extra pieces. The leather triangle piece bye the window is held in with a plastic clip. The panel is held in on the edges by plastic clips, so use a screw driver carefully to pop the edges off. I think there maybe a couple of Phillips screws on the bottom also. the handle is part of the side panel DO NOT TRY to SEPARATE it from the panel!! Behind the door latch there should be a screw holding the plastic cup in place, take it out. Carefully pull the plastic seat adjust pieces off the switch; that plastic piece needs to be removed also. ALSO Disconnect the lower door light wiring from the card, by popping the light out of the bottom of the card and disconnect the wiring from the light assembly. The speaker is not part of the panel! NOW COMES THE POINT OF REMOVAL!! The handle and the panel is held in with molded pieces of plastic that HOOK onto the metal part of the door! So the panel must be moved UP vertically before you try to pull it off. Once you have the panel off pay attention not to knock the rubber weather strip and it's tiny clips off the panel. If you loose the rubber piece it does not affect the function of the window and does not cause any extra wind noise to come through, it's off on my car and I just don't want to hassle with taking it all apart to put the rubber piece back on. Installation is the reverse. Good luck.
