Question type: Maintenance & Repair

From the information about my car . Sounds like a head gasket  is leaking . I found a
product called Dura- Sealer. The product has a 98% success  rate of it sealing the first
time you use it, if not ,they will sent you another bottle for free. It will seal up to 5 yrs.
Also it will expand and flex with the aluminum parts on a Mercedes . I read about other
sealers that have silicates and water sealers , that get hard and brittle, then clog other
parts of your car. Open to some good advise on this product.

They will make any claim to sell you that (ahem) product. Just think, any substance, chemical, sealant, goop, circulating through your engine, 'looking; for hole to plug. Personally I would never ever put that (stuff) in my car. Have a look here: http://www.complaintslist.com/home-improvement/dura-seal/

would recommend that you replace head gasket correctly as soon as possible to help prevent head warp. It's one of those jobs you just really don't want to be taking chances with
