I was driving and my a/c an recirc stopped working and the heater came on

The a/c and the recirculating was working just fine and they both shut off at the same
time and the heater came. I can press the a/c button or the recirc button and nothing
happens. I checked all fuse

I looked at fan belt it is fine when I press the a/c an nothing happened

Your actuator door (the door that allows cool or heated air to switch back and forth) is either stuck, or the motor that opens and shuts it has burned out, or the fuse controlling that door is blown. Let's hope it's the fuse, not the door motor, as it's an expensive repair (the labor is intensive, as the entire dash has to be removed on many models).
