Could you post a video that has sound? I know exactly what a fan clutch tick and the AC compressor tick/click sound like on our platform. The fan clutch is mainly at start up, but is a constant tick tick tick. The AC compressor has a clutch that is supposed to "click", but not too often, could be just low on refrigerant. As far as the stalling, this problem probably started happening after the battery was disconnected for what ever reason. Remove fuses #10 and #28 under the hood. Remove the throttle body and clean it with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam and a rag/nylon brush. That will cure that for the next year or so, or until it gets filthy again.
