I have a 1994 Mercedes Benz E320 which randomly will not start for hours.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The starter cranks but randomly the engine will not start. I leave it alone for
couple of hours and then it will start right away. Fuel pumps and battery are
new, and the fuses are fine. I can't figure it out.

You have to check for proper spark and fuel pressure when the problem occurs , none of us have psychic abilities things need to be tested

Like your answer (I deserve it). No voltage to the spark plugs but everything else does work and I don't know how to check fuel pressure. Sorry, new "old" car, is a learning curve.
