when you insert the key, does it make any noise? Do the headlights turn on with the key in the ignition? Does the car lock/unlock with the remote? Try both keys If the key is known good, and absolutely nothing happens when the key is inserted, you may have a dead EIS (or ignition switch), a costly replacement. If the EIS is dead, the steering column won't unlock, and even though you might be able to jump start it, the car is undrinkable except on to a flatbed

We got the stering column unlocked and it started but now most of the electrical inside is not working but the radio. Air window lights Are not working and it sounds like a just plain when running. Abe’s ideas why?

I meant to say it’s idling high and sounds like a jet plane when running. Also none of the electrical are working such as windows, air conditioning brake lights.

Get thee to a Bosch shop or the dealer, or a good auto electrical shop for diagnosis. Could be any one of a dozen things, mostly minor. But don't rule out transmission control issue as the cause of the jet plane sound.
