After driving my 1995 s320 for about an hour and tur the car off, I have to wait about 30 minutes before it will start again

This problem occur every 3 day. Once the car starts, all is normal for about 3 days.  Then
I will drive for about an hour, turn the car off go shopping for mabe 10 minutes the car will
not start.  I wait for about 30 minutes, then the car will start

This sounds like a electronic module have a mechanic to plug his code reader in the on board computer and see what pops up this shouldn't be expensive
