One of my two hood latches doesn't release when I pull the hood release lever in my 1996 S320 MB.  How can I open my hood to try and repair this?

This will be a tuff job,the only way you may do this is crawl under front of car,and see if you can reach the cable that runs to the second lacth,then just pull down on it,and hope it releases it. Good luck with it.
