Where is the cigarette lighter on a 2000 S430 Mercedes Benz?

I can't seem to find the 12 volt accessay port to charge my cell phone or hook up my Garmin GPS.  Help

Check in that cover in front of the gear shift lever. There might be a power outlet in the or behind the center console.
