Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located for the rear seat compartment for a 2010 s550 4matic.

Here we go again - read your owner's manual or get one on line by searching : Free owner's manuals

The owner's manual does not have a diagram of the fuse boxes. Just tells the location. To top it off the fuses are not numbered in the fuse boxes
