Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Radiator Cooling Fan runs continuously as soon as engine is started even after setting all night. I found what appears as a sensor taped to the inside wheel wall on the driver side. Could thst be it ? I haven't been able to trace the point of origination.

No, that would not be it. Especially taped. The temp sensor will be somewhere it can measure temperature of coolant.
