Hi I have a 2002 f250 4x4 v10 my 4x4   I jacked up the front
and rear on my truck off the ground to see if 4x4 was
working correctly but when it engaged if I went over 30mph
front driver side tire seemed to lock up I need help

I can't tell what the problem is. If you put it in gear the wheels will turn. Have you checked the front wheel bearings and the hubs to see if they are getting vacuum? There are some good videos on Youtube that will help.
