Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2003 Chevy Cavalier will not start the fuel pump is
not turning on with ignition key I'm not sure what
else all goes on with that key when I jumper power
to the fuel pump it runs but car will also still not
start has new plugs all injectors are firing the fuel
pump was put in 3000 miles ago drove the car
come back 4 hours later now it will be start

Has spark has compression plugs are new rubber boots on coils are new
