Note the diagram. The two wires on top of fuel pump relay, those are voltage. The switch side of relay, on the left, the voltage comes fp/inj fuse. Goes hot with key on. The control side of relay, on the right needs voltage and ground, the dark green wire with white tracer is voltage from pcm, engine cranking, other than the initial prime. The bottom wire on right side is chassis ground. If you use jumper on fuel pump relay, switch side, does the vehicle start and run? So, engine cranking you have spark at all the plugs and fuel injector pulse? Just trying to see if more than one problem? Any applicable trouble codes?

There is no trouble codes I have spark on all cylinders I have fuel in the rail and Power on the injectors not sure if they're pulsing but I shut this car off from driving 2 hours and come back 4 hours later and this is my result I can get the fuel pump to run by running a jumper wire but the car will still not start
