We have a 98 f250 5.4 we were losing
compression so we've replaced nearly everything
on the top of the motor. Just got finished putting it
back together and it wont start. It will crank but not
start... any ideas??

Battery has a full charge and connections all good? Engine cranking, you have compression--spark at the plugs-- proper fuel pressure--fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes? I haven't checked about your security system?

you need to test for proper fuel pressure and spark , something may have gone bad by pure coincidence while the work was being done , I would think the rings would be suspect when compression is lost
Double check your work and make sure the cam timing is correct.
