Excessive vibration

F350 6.0 Just started vibrating like crazy after just
slowing down to a light and also when I run over a
a large incline, rr tracks, etc..  Any help?

Research the Super Duty Death wobble. It could be anything in the front suspension that is worn. A heavy duty aftermarket track bar can be the fix.
