2004 F350 V10 won't start. Replaced starter still nothing. solenoid activates starter when jumped across terminals. Battery is charged and terminals were cleaned. All lights work dump bed works. When the key is turned you can hear the fuel pump but there is nothing happening with starter.

Bad ignition switch or neutral safety switch try putting vehicle in neutral and try to start.

Tried neutral and nothing there either. We wondered about some switch letting ignition know it was in park or neutral but were not sure if we could replace it or where it would be. Also do you know where the starter relay would be I can’t find one on the fender or anywhere inside the hood.
