Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my truck keeps blowing coolant out of the reservoir
tank. no bubbles no leaks new radiator and new
thermostat. the hose leading to the thermostat gets
way to much pressure on it more than 16 psi and

the cap is fine. i can drive it for a minute with heat and then all the sudden it gets cold. a couple minutes after it gets cold it over pressures and shoots out of the cap. i was trying to take the cap off the other day and i pulled the cap up and it sucked it back down i thought that was pretty weird.
