I have a 2000 ford f250 super duty 5.4 engine
automatic 4x4, I need to know if a 2006 ford f250
4x4 automatic transmission with 5.4 motor. Will
the 2006 transmission work in my 2000 truck?

The 2006 transmission will not work. Your 2000 has the 4R100 Transmission. The 2006 has the 5R110
