Starts but doesn't stay running

I havea 2000 ford f250 super duty that starts but
after a little while it starts running rough then dies.
Please help!!

What do the plugs look like ? Ignition up grade ? Wires , distributor , Don't drive it like that you may burn a valve

Fuel pressure and flow test first. Might be fuel pump or control module. Ant codes?
