Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Could I just turn key to ACC,put parking
lights on, wait 10 mins, turn off, wait a few
seconds then start? Cause sometimes I
have to do that when it doesn't start. Now,
that started a month or 2 ago off n on.

Holly, the reset is to the On position for 10 min. But after so long if doing this its going to kill your battery. Call your local Chevy dealer an ask them if there was a recal on your vehicle! Like I said on your other post the theft system for your Malibu will cause a lot if problems. Do you know someone that can by pass the theft system on your Malibu? That's what I would do. An you would never have to worry about it anymore.
