2003 chevrolet malibu classic cranks normally but won't start. fuel pump tests okay. security/anti theft light on. any suggestions?

cranks normally but won't start..over 1/4 tank of fuel. checked fuel pump and it's
okay. the anti theft lamp stays lighted. any suggestions? checked gm website
and found no recalls on this.

your in security mode, Turn key on, theft light should start blinking,let it sit for 20 minutes until theft light goes solid, turn key off,then start it.
