f250 2003 5,4l cranks but wont start

i driving fine having a few minor issues with coil pack no 3 and misfire on 3
ans 1 cylynder i changed all that and was running good then came off
highway to get drink turned into store and got real sluggish puttin and cud
barly pull itself around i got home spiting and spudderin and several staulls i
changed fuel pump ,fuel filters now it will crank no start pls help
