Starting and stalls out

The 03 suburban starts and dies right away I
used a basic diagnostic scan tool and it read
anti theft fuel is there a way to reset it or is
there another problem?

My 2000 Chevy 1500 did the same thing when I locked the doors I didn't get my driver door shut all the way and some how my nephew got the driver door open and set the theft system was ingaged. I unhooked my battery counted to 15 slow real slow hooked the battery back up and it was cleared and good to go.. Hope my input helps you.
