Their all the same minus wear, if they are worn and you see this then just replace them with new push rods.

If worn then replace them, this is recommended to do.
thank you didn't know if I had to replace rockers as well

Look at them if showing signs of wear damage if so then yes replace the bad ones too but if they were getting oil they should be fine unless they are cheap off-brand rocker arms. To be up-front when doing head gaskets I always recommend that if heads are pulled to have them first checked for cracks (pressure test) then warp if aluminum if so replace with known non-warped head, then if not warped re-surface it and have cleaned and rebuilt (at least new valve stem seals if rockers/springs/locks & valves look good). A machine head shop will be where to take it too and they will tell you if the parts need replaced like rocker arms ect. If all are good then just clean up and replace valve stem seals. You will need a full top end gasket kit (felpro). The machine shop will need gasket set before you do and give you the rest.

If you can rebuild them that is ok but most small shop and home mechanics do not have the tools to pressure test or to check for warp. There are ways a home shop can re-surface a head cheap.
