How to change the clutch switch/interruptor

consider me an ignoramus but have no idea what an "interruptor" is....this is a 4WD thing...because these systems are entirely hydraulic...the only switch is for the hydraulic brakes...I do not follow where/what we're talkin' about here~

really?,,,,must be a "modern" thing....have never seen one...what's it supposed to stop you from pressing the clutch? oy vey~
