1993 Ford F-150 5.0 Spins but won’t start

1993 Ford F-150 ext cab 4wd short bed it
has the 5.0 in it been sitting won’t start I’ve
replaced the distributor distributor cap rotor
button plugs wires coil idle air control valve
map sensor coolant temp sensor manifold
temp sensor fuel filter fuel pump timing chain
cam gear crank gear set the timing replaced
the starter it’s been checked for vacuum
leaks it ran and drove good for 20 miles or so
then I parked at the house and the next day it
wouldn’t crank

Looks like you have been checking/replacing a lot of things, which is good. How long had the truck been sitting up? If it was for an extended period and the fuel tanks were not drained and fresh fuel put in, then therein your problem may lie.
