1993 Ford F-150 4wd 5.0

I will be driving down the road and all of a
sudden my truck will start grabbing in the
front end and nearly slow me down or
sometimes I have to pull over! Some people
say it’s my breaks/calipers and some people
say it’s my lock out hubs trying to grab! Every
now and again if I have the window down you
can hear a popping noise as the truck is
rolling slow! Also when truck starts grabbing
you can have it in drive and floor it and it don’t
accelerate it just stays the same rpm, but if
you put it in neutral it revs. Any ideas?
