Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have found the 1994 F150, and according to the owner, all it is needed is a side window, battery, and an alternator (maybe some tires too, but not sure how the ones that are sitting on the truck now). I just wanted to know if it would be compatible engine and maybe electrical system, similar to that of my 1998 F150. My question is as follows: if i get a 1994 f150 is it compatiable with a 1998 f150?

1992 to 1997 (old style) trucks may have what you need but not the newer style trucks.
