2002 chevrolet lavandino wont run,

This, my question,  problem itself how I am know
issue with gas pump, which I am deaf cannot hear
sound of gas pump, but I use obd2 and found no
match any issue, but I try give start spray and it not
run but spark and pressure gas is not give any
show psi , but I decide start spray see if run but it
still refuses start up but spark plug is give fired but
gas pressure is dead . Confused reason I try feed
gas see if run but no run and gas pressure is no psi
so gas pump or other but even I spray a gas to try
start and it not start. But are it security issue or not
true?
