No start

Asked by Ben Jan 12, 2018 at 08:03 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought a avalanche and never drove it went
to start it and had to jump it. Sat on jump for
about 20 min and started just fine turned it
off and had to jump it again. Now it won't
start. Put the key in and nothing no click.
Lights on dash turn off and truck doesnt
want to start. Did I activate some security
thing doing that?

Battery may be bad or the battery cable connections may need maintenance.
