07 Chevy Avalanche no start, panic alarm

What should I do? My 07 Avalanche LT 4wd panic
alarm goes off when battery is hooked up, and all
dash warning lights are on when the truck runs.
But now the alarm will not allow it to start!! Need
the truck fixed ASAP!! Tried changing fuses and
relays. Tires were replaced in December and the
lights on the dash all came on right afterwards

Im gonna throw this out here, but is battery in backwards? My 01 Acura did the same thing when my fool of a boyfriend put the battery in backwards. Locked everything up and killed the new battery.
