where is my fuel selector connection valve at?/

irritated with my dual tank return design system. The fuel that is going back to
the tank is bypassing the selector valve. the valve is not closing all the way. I
need to fix that. Anyone know where it is?? I am also suspecting that the ecu
may be causing this as well. I'd like to find that computer!!

Does Anyone know where I can find the fuel switching valve on a 1991 Ford F 150 or it called a switch commutateur interruptor valve
