Could be a vacuum leak, a faulty MAF, MAP, 02 sensor, injector(s) fuel pressure low, (pump or filter) Your motor is not getting enough fuel in the final mix.

In all probability the culprit is a faulty o2 sensor. But best to check the net on how to check them first. They are rather expensive and not returnable.

First off the code readers job is to point you in the general direction of the problem. Remember this!! You must check every thing that could be likely be causing the lean bank 1 and 2. Your ford has two 02 sens. so check/test everything up stream from there, Big job and can be costly if yore were to just replace everything. Stop and think...check and test. Most parts can be bench tested with a multi-tester. 02 test with a torch and a tester start there and work up from there. Check Amazon for parts 02's can go for 20 bucks and up.
