New pump, filter, regulator, still wont start!! Why?

Replaced fuel pump, regulator, filter, idle sensor, and the truck won't turn over.
Its like its Not gettin' enough gas or sumthin. HELP!!!!!!

Try spaying strating fluid and see if it starts. If it does, then u know it's fuel related issue if not, check spark at the spark plugs.

Checked plugs, a couple were wet. Had to postpone due to the storm. Today's a new day. Let's dive back into it. Process of elimination
