New pump, filter, regulator, still wont start!! Why?

Replaced fuel pump, regulator, filter, idle sensor, and the truck won't turn over.
Its like its Not gettin' enough gas or sumthin. HELP!!!!!!

Check fuel pressure to see if it's fuel related. If u have at least 25lbs check spark at sparkplugs. When u say it won't turn over, that actually means engine doesn't turn over meaning bad battery, starter or cables. I'm assuming u meant doesn't start (run)
