The ECM on a 97 F 150 4 X4 with a 4.6

I have no power going to the fuse panel
under the dash for positions 20 21 31 30 29
28 these are the positions that control
various things including the electronic
control module if I have no power going to
the ECM I have no spark no fuel no nothing
can someone please help me out is there a
fusible link that goes to those six positions
or is something else major wrong

At best look for a color coded wiring diagram. I suspect there may be a large fuse in the main box which supplies power to the cabin box. However, if there is one, it should control all of the box. Alldatadiy may be your best source for the diagram. There is a yearly subscription fee, but it is not much. And it will be specific to your vehicle.
