power windows on 1997 ford f150 do not work or work slowly

Drivers side door stopped working in up position and passenger door only goes up or down by pulsing switch. New dual switch and motor on drivers side did not fix problem. Anyone know what else could it possibly be? Just worked on drivers side at this point will worry about the other later.

Regulator worn or adjust parts relationship to free up, worn flock on window run.(fuzz rubbs off), you can rub a bar of soap on the glass edges, or use foaming glass cleaner to diagnose. basic power and ground disgnosis needed. they flip and swap power and ground when changing direction for the window drive motor. if you hear it run without it moving, its regulator time. circuit breakers protect the circuit from overheat, wires can break where leaving the door and entering the "A"pillar.
