This sound, like a low end bottom knock, meaning one of your crank bearing,s is weak, and should take 5 quart,s to fill it,first thng to know when you change your own oil,is never crank it right up,pull the fuel relay, and turn it over a couple time,s,this pump,s the oil on to the crank and doe,s not crank it while it,s dry,i all way,s do it to my car,s and trucks, no matter if old or new, speedy lube dont even do this for you,but it is bad on any car to crank it,with out doing what i said.

Sticky lifter/valve!? What kind/grade of oil did you use? Did you fill the filter with oil before you installed it? I hope you did. Check your dip stick for the proper oil level.
