2002 cavlier key switch stuck in on
position anti theft light wont go off
crank but no start

I called lock smith said that wasnt problem i called them two locksmith they said wasn't problem in my switch or my key i thought first it had key code locksmith said no so dealership did to can i just go to a car like mine get steering column out of it and replace whole steering column

we got it running just gas hand doesn't work fan to keep engine cool won't work, and key switch stuck in forward position, to turn off got unplug wires, even with fan wired up straight still won't run could the key switch be causing the gas hand and fan not to work?
