Battery light not coming on

Asked by Davidfrost1 Sep 24, 2017 at 03:01 AM about the 1999 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD Extended Cab LB

When I turn the key on the battery light doesn't come on .I
have checked all connections and fuses and the only fuse
that I find a problem with is fuse #16 in the underdash fuse
panel  , it doesn't have any power coming in or out of it

The bulb could be turned out. Have you checked for voltage at the bulb socket when the key is turned? Normally the light is controlled via a signal from the PCM You will have to check your particular model to make certain.
