1999 ford f150 intermittent starting problem!

1999 ford f150 intermittent starting problem! in the last week 3 times I go to work, make a few errons all is well however then it happens, Engine will not start, No power at all to the starter

Check for voltage on the starter side of the solenoid when the key is turned to start. If nothing, replace solenoid.

I’ve replaced starter and solenoid, still just clicks.

I don't know but my f 150 done the same thing and day I put it in and out of 4 wheel drive and never done it again I figured a switch or something
