Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm looking for some advice about troubleshooting my truck. I believe a wire going to the starter relay, or the contacts on the fuse box are not making good contact. I've tried everything else!
New battery, battery cables, starter, ignition switch, digital range transmission sensor!
The problem was intermittent at first but now it won't start unless I apply 12V directly to the ignition post on the starter. I assumed one of the wires broke while I was moving the harness but replacing the cables didn't fix it. I'm at the point where I'm about to take it in for a diagnosis because I'm stuck.
