Have you tried a fuel treatment like sea foam? Might be stopped up injectors or valves not seating properly.
Oh ok. Have you checked if all your spark plugs are firing?

I have coil packs ordered but not here yet do you think they would make it run better?
Possibly but that's only a guess. I would use a timing light on each plug wire to see if they all have spark. If they do it's probably not the coils.
To check it you will need a volt multi-meter. It should have three wires going to it. With key in on position one wire should have 5 volts on it at all times. One should be a ground at all times. The other wire should show .5 volts with throttle fully closed and should smoothly climb to 4.5 to 5 volts as you move the throttle to full open position. If it's doing anything other than this it's bad and needs to be replaced.

All plugs have spark. Unplugged throttle position sensor and check engine light came on and popped the code for it. Put on new ICM and coil packs car still has no power. Any suggestions on what to try next?
And you sure your cat isn't stopped up? Also might want to test fuel pressure at fuel rail. I would also check the timing.
Also when it's running do you hear a ticking sound on the end of the engine with the belts and pulleys. If so might have a timing chain issue. Just a thought.
