how to remove and reinstall cables for door latch on left rear door of 2001 F150?

How do you get to the door latch cables to replace them after the top and bottom door panels have been removed?

Thank you for the link to the video. I had already viewed it hoping it would help with the rear doors, but it doesn't. The access to the cables needing replacement is not the same on the rear as on the front. But, thank you anyway for the effort.

well think about it...we are going to have to remove three screws (at least) one inside the armwrest,,,possibly one behind the reflector (if equipped) panel washers (not so unsightly) on the rest....pry up towards the direction of the up window, snap off of the clips....pull and retain the waterproof liner get to the linkages...clips, pivots and retainers to the motion of the mechanism~ could come up with a few pictures if you need~
