How do you replace front shocks?

shocks are inside the springs. How do you replace shocks?

It's really good. Pictures and all ...somebody went to a lot of effort putting that together. click to size up, lots of stuff like this

Except that POS jack and vertical block of wood, bad example. Get some jackstands. I'm really surprised at that considering the quality of the rest of it

Lol, right! Always use a decent floor jack and jack stands, the life you could save WILL be your own!
