2002 Ford F-150 runs rough and smokes blue out the drivers side exhaust.

Truck: 2002 Ford F-150 4WD 5.4L XLT

My concerns:
Runs rough (Shakes at low RPMs).
Clicking noise at above 1000 RPMS.
Smokes blue out of the drivers side exhaust.

The oil is clear.
The coolant does not have oil in it.
I just replaced all of the spark plugs.  The threads on all 8 had oil and water
(not sure if it was coolant) on them.
OBDII shows code: P1151

Any help would be great!

Check engine light on? Bad coils? P1151 indicates a bad upstream O2 sensor.

I have not checked coils. I will probably replace them (eBay $20-$30). Also, the engine hesitates at about 1500 RPMs for a few seconds before jumping to 2000.
